Effective April 1st, 2024, José Cuadrado steps into the role of Global Chief Executive Officer at Yanmar Compact Equipment (Yanmar CE), succeeding Giuliano Parodi, who has successfully guided the company’s global ascent over the past six years. In addition to his new position, Cuadrado assumes the role of Chairman of the Board at Yanmar Holdings Co., Ltd.
Cuadrado brings over 25 years of extensive experience in the construction, industrial, and automotive sectors, having worked with renowned brands such as Ingersoll Rand, Doosan, and CNH Industrial. His tenure at Yanmar CE began in early 2023 when he joined as the Managing Director for the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region, responsible for a significant portion of the company’s global sales.
In his new capacity, Cuadrado aims to bolster organizational integration, enhance financial performance, and drive customer success through top-notch product development. His primary objective is to further solidify Yanmar CE’s position as a global leader in the compact equipment industry.
