MAX Trailer has further strengthened its product portfolio with the introduction of the new MAX810 semi low loader, a model designed to open up new service areas while maintaining a strong focus on flexibility, efficiency and payload performance. With this launch, the manufacturer is extending its range into new transport applications that demand high versatility combined with a low tare weight.
According to Mario Faymonville, Product Manager and Sales Director at MAX Trailer, the MAX810 was developed to deliver maximum operational flexibility with minimal own weight, without compromising the brand’s established quality standards. The vehicle concept is based on a modular design that allows different combinations of gooseneck, front bogie and loading platform, enabling operators to adapt the trailer to a wide variety of transport scenarios.
The MAX810 features a loading platform with six or seven axles, available in single or double extendable versions. Depending on operational needs, it can be coupled directly to the gooseneck or extended using a two- or three-axle front bogie. The hydraulically liftable and lowerable gooseneck is designed for a technical fifth wheel load of 38 tonnes and is compatible with 6×4 or 8×4 tractor units. The forced steering system ensures excellent manoeuvrability and precise handling, even when reversing, without the need for manual steering adjustments.
A key highlight of the MAX810 is its high-performance 17.5-inch pendle-axle system, offering a 600 mm stroke, a 60-degree steering angle and a low loading height of just 800 mm. This combination ensures stability and mobility on challenging terrain while remaining ideal for transporting high and heavy loads. Hydraulic functions, including driving height and alignment, can be controlled via radio remote control.
Designed for transporting heavy machinery, bridge elements, wind turbine components and industrial parts, the MAX810 can be equipped with hydraulic ramps and multiple lashing options. Full metallisation provides enhanced corrosion protection, ensuring durability in demanding operating conditions. MAX Trailer positions the MAX810 as a new benchmark in its class, combining cost efficiency, user-friendliness and advanced engineering.
