DP World will welcome transport and logistics provider PAV Haulage to a new 94,000 sq ft warehouse at London Gateway Logistics Park, with the company set to move into the LG94 facility in Q1 2026.

PAV Haulage has signed a 20-year lease and plans to expand onto an adjacent development plot, enabling additional HGV parking and supporting the company’s long-term commercial growth. The expanded site will serve as its flagship base at London Gateway.

LG94 has been built to high sustainability standards, holding an EPC Rating A and BREEAM Excellent certification. Rooftop solar PV panels will supply renewable energy throughout PAV Haulage’s tenancy.

Alan Holland, CEO of DP World London Gateway Logistics Park, said the agreement reflects growing confidence in the hub’s strategic location, multimodal connectivity and accelerated planning enabled by the Local Development Order.

PAV Haulage CEO Dean Mills said the new facility places the company at “the heart of smart logistics” and provides the ideal platform for its continued expansion.

The 9.25 million sq ft Logistics Park has seen rapid growth, with half the site now developed. Supported by a 10-year LDO, the park continues to expand, creating jobs and strengthening the UK’s logistics infrastructure.
