LGH has once again strengthened its advanced rigging fleet with a substantial investment in high-performance multi-lug beams, designed to meet the growing demand for versatile, high-capacity lifting equipment.

Also known as multiple-point beams, these specialist tools are engineered for the safe, secure, and efficient handling of heavy loads requiring multiple lifting points. By ensuring optimal weight distribution, the beams can be configured for central lifts or used in spreader and semi-spreader arrangements, giving site teams the flexibility needed to tackle today’s most complex lifting challenges.

The new additions to the fleet cover a wide range of capacities—from 15 tonnes at 16 meters in length to 200 tonnes at 13 meters in length—effectively doubling LGH’s multi-lug beam rental offering.

This announcement follows LGH’s recent investments across Europe, including the Gouda Constructie BV project, underlining the company’s ongoing commitment to expanding and modernizing its equipment portfolio.

Phil Smith, Operations Director at LGH Europe, commented: “These are exciting times for LGH Europe. This significant investment will further enhance our rental fleet of multi-lug beams, effectively doubling its volume. In recent months, demand has outpaced supply, and with these beams regularly travelling across most corners of Europe, expanding the fleet not only improves availability but also helps reduce logistical costs — savings we can pass on to our customers.”
