Engineered Rigging has bolstered its rental fleet with the addition of the Enerpac JS250 Jack-Up System, a fully automated, synchronized lifting solution designed for the handling of heavy loads. With a total lifting capacity of up to 1,100 tons, the JS250 enables precise, multi-point operations ideal for complex industrial projects.

The addition of the Enerpac JS250 expands the scope of projects we can support,” said Mike Beres, Vice President of Engineered Rigging. “We are committed to investing in the most effective technology so our clients can self-perform critical heavy lifts safely and reliably.”

Each jack-up unit in the JS250 system can lift 275 tons and reach nearly 33 feet in height. Key features include self-contained hydraulics for a clutter-free worksite, incremental lifting with mechanical lockout every 19.7 inches (500 mm), and computer-controlled synchronization for enhanced safety and repeatability.

Engineered Rigging backs each rental with its Safety & Performance Rental Guarantee, ensuring equipment is thoroughly inspected, tested, and operational upon delivery. Expert technical support is also available to help clients operate the system confidently.

The JS250 is particularly suited for applications in bridge construction, modular assembly, machinery relocation, industrial maintenance, and heavy structure leveling. Its compact design allows it to be deployed in space-restricted environments.

“This system offers peace of mind with every lift,” added Beres.
