Develon, formerly Doosan Construction Equipment, has inaugurated a new Parts Distribution Center (PDC) in Boom, Belgium, marking a key milestone in its European growth strategy. The opening ceremony was led by CEO Seung-Hyun Oh and attended by customers, logistics partners, and industry stakeholders.
“The Belgium PDC is a strategic investment to deliver faster, more stable and responsive services to our European customers,” said Oh.
Spanning 24,000 m² and housing 47,000 stock units, the new facility enhances Develon’s ability to meet rising demand across Europe. It replaces the company’s former PDC in Germany, offering improved logistics and on-time delivery performance.

Operated in partnership with logistics provider Fiege, the center is set to boost supply chain efficiency and elevate customer satisfaction. It also reflects Develon’s commitment to sustainability, featuring energy-efficient infrastructure and low-carbon operational practices.
The opening of the Boom PDC reinforces Develon’s long-term strategy of expanding its footprint in Europe, a region the company has served since 1994. Positioned as a hub for innovation and sustainable growth, the new center plays a critical role in Develon’s ambition to better serve its customers and strengthen competitiveness in the European construction equipment market.
