Mr Plant Hire has appointed Tim Young as its new Managing Director, effective Monday 14 April.
With over 20 years of leadership experience, Tim brings a strong track record in driving growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering financial performance. A qualified CIMA accountant, he has led business transformations, acquisitions, and ERP implementations, including SAP B1.
Tim joins from Global Infusion Group, where he served as Managing Director and delivered strong sales growth alongside operational savings. He previously held senior roles at AMP Air Conditioning, managing its integration into Panasonic following acquisition.
At Mr Plant Hire, Tim will focus on enhancing commercial performance, streamlining operations, and supporting the Aer Rents Group’s broader growth strategy. His strategic mindset and hands-on leadership will be central to driving innovation and continued service excellence.
The company welcomes Tim as he steps into this key role to lead its next phase of development.
