DataMondial Unveils AI Freight Tool

DataMondial, one of the leaders in data and document processing, has unveiled an innovative AI-powered robotisation system designed to transform the way logistics providers manage ocean freight rates. The new service drastically reduces manual input and significantly speeds up the process of preparing accurate and timely proposals.

Handling rate sheets from various carriers has long been a time-consuming and error-prone task for freight forwarders. With this technology, DataMondial digitizes and automates the entire workflow, delivering a faster, more efficient, and highly accurate system. Founder Burt Propsma explains that the solution was created to ease the frustrations logistics professionals face daily: “Our AI-powered system shortens turnaround times dramatically, allowing companies to focus more on customer service. We’re extremely proud of the team behind this innovation.”

In cases where the AI encounters data it cannot process, DataMondial’s dedicated ocean freight rates team steps in, ensuring a 100% processing guarantee. “This is a perfect example of technology working hand in hand with human expertise,” says Propsma.

The new system offers faster processing times, increased accuracy, and scalability to match the growing demands of logistics businesses. Propsma emphasizes that this launch is just the beginning: “With this innovation, companies can respond to quote requests almost instantly, incorporating the latest rates into their proposals with unprecedented speed. It’s not just about efficiency—it’s about staying ahead in a competitive market.”
