WILOC Boosts Safety at CRISP Plant

Rate this post

WILOC Technologies, a specialist in location and monitoring solutions, has partnered with Técnicas Reunidas to install and integrate a video surveillance system at ExxonMobil’s CRISP (Chemical and Refining Integrated Singapore Plant) in Singapore.

The project includes 70 cameras—60 Bullet and 10 PTZ—powered by solar kits, alongside the implementation of a video management system (VMS) integrated with an IIoT platform. The system leverages AI to monitor safety compliance, detect risks, and analyze incidents in real time.

WILOC’s solar-powered solution not only enhances worker safety and operational efficiency but also underscores its commitment to sustainability by reducing reliance on conventional energy sources.

The CRISP plant expansion, set for completion in 2025, will boost crude processing to 20,000 barrels per day, producing high-value lube stocks and distillates.
