Solstad Offshore ASA (Solstad) has secured several new contracts and contract extensions, totaling approximately 900 vessel days and a combined value of around USD 60 million.

The CSV Normand Valiant has been awarded a firm 1.5-year contract with Petrobras in Brazil, scheduled to commence in February 2025, directly following its current contract.

The AHTS Normand Sagaris has had its existing contract with Petrobras in Brazil extended by 120 days, now running until March 2025. Following this extension, the vessel will begin its previously announced 3-year contract with Petrobras.

In addition, the contract for AHTS Normand Sirius has been extended until August 2025, with an option for a further 247-day extension. Meanwhile, a new 60-day contract has been signed for the AHTS Normand Saracen. Both vessels will be supporting drilling campaigns offshore Western Australia.

All four vessels—Normand Valiant, Normand Sagaris, Normand Saracen, and Normand Sirius—are owned by Solstad Maritime Holding AS, in which Solstad Offshore ASA holds a 27.3% stake.
