Eiffage, through its subsidiaries Eiffage Construction and Goyer, has secured a contract from SFL (Société Foncière Lyonnaise) to renovate the Paris SCOPE commercial building in the 12th district. The project focuses on a major structural overhaul of the former Natixis headquarters, a 17-storey building from 1974, alongside the construction of a service pavilion offering premium business amenities.
The renovation will cover nearly 25,600 sqm, involving the demolition of lower levels, facade replacement, and roofing work. Eiffage Énergie Systèmes will handle electrical systems, while the project aims to achieve six environmental certifications, including BREEAM and HQE. Construction began after six months of design and is expected to be completed by the second quarter of 2026.
