Eiffage Secures €700 Million Contract to Build Office Complex for French Ministry of the Interior

Eiffage, through its subsidiary Eiffage Construction, has won a major contract valued at nearly €700 million to design, build, operate, and maintain an office complex for the French Ministry of the Interior and Overseas France.

The project, located in Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine (Seine-Saint-Denis), will be delivered in collaboration with the architectural firm Groupe-6 and the Ingérop design office. Eiffage will also handle the complex’s operations and maintenance for five years following completion.
