deugro has appointed Saida Sawyer as Corporate Vice President Global Energy Solutions, effective 1 March 2026. Based in Houston, Texas, Sawyer will take on a global role focused on driving commercial growth and strengthening engagement with key energy and industrial sectors.
In her new position, Sawyer will support the development of strategic opportunities within deugro’s global energy portfolio while enhancing relationships with major clients across the energy and infrastructure industries. Her appointment reflects the company’s continued focus on expanding its presence in complex project logistics markets linked to large scale energy and industrial developments.
Sawyer brings more than 20 years of international experience in logistics and supply chain management. Throughout her career she has built extensive expertise in commercial leadership, market expansion strategies and cross functional team management, particularly within the energy and industrial sectors. She has also been involved in developing strategic client partnerships and delivering logistics solutions for large scale global projects.
Before joining deugro, Sawyer held senior commercial and leadership roles with several global logistics organisations. Her previous positions included roles at Kuehne+Nagel, Panalpina and CMA CGM. In these roles she contributed to the development and execution of logistics strategies supporting major energy, infrastructure and industrial projects around the world.
