Engineered Rigging has announced that Charles Anderson, who joined the company as an intern last fall, has accepted the position of assistant project manager.

In his new role, Anderson will support a wide range of heavy lifting and specialized transport projects across the United States and Latin America. His responsibilities will include project documentation, budget tracking and report generation, as well as assisting with resource allocation, logistics, scheduling and proposal development. He will also help facilitate cross-department communication. Anderson will be based at the company’s headquarters in Valparaiso, Indiana.

Anderson recently graduated from Trine University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and minors in accounting, business and finance. During his studies, he played on the men’s lacrosse team and served as team captain for the 2023–2024 season. Engineered Rigging noted that this student-athlete experience helped him strengthen time management, multitasking and leadership skills that will support him in his new position.

At Engineered Rigging, Charles will leverage his abilities to ensure our clients’ projects stay on time and within budget. We look forward to his efforts to foster client relations and contribute to Engineered Rigging’s ongoing growth and success,” said Nick Darlage, director of projects for Engineered Rigging.
