DENZAI International Holdings, Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) and PC1 Group Joint Stock Company (Vietnam) have signed a cooperation agreement to jointly pursue renewable energy and infrastructure projects in Vietnam and the Philippines.

The partnership will launch with the Camarines Sur Wind Power Project, a 58.5MW onshore wind farm located on Luzon Island, Philippines. Under the first contract, DENZAI Philippines Inc., part of the DENZAI Group, will be responsible for installing nine wind turbine generators (WTG), with project work scheduled to begin in late March 2026.

DENZAI President & CEO Kohki Uemura said the Philippines’ accelerating transition toward renewable energy will increase the importance of wind power in strengthening energy security and supporting long-term sustainable growth. He added that DENZAI will contribute its expertise to ensure successful delivery of the project and support the development of the Philippine wind power sector.

PC1 Deputy General Director Dang Quoc Tuong noted that DENZAI’s heavy-lift, transport and engineering capabilities strongly complement PC1’s EPC and renewable energy strengths. He also highlighted the potential for broader cooperation beyond construction, including OEM and operations and maintenance development in both Vietnam and the Philippines.
