The Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to Singapore, Her Excellency Mrs. Anneke Adema, accompanied by Senior Trade Officer Mrs. Liz Ng, paid a courtesy visit to Roll Group’s heavy lift vessel Bigroll Bering during its maintenance period at Seatrium’s shipyard in Tuas, Singapore.
The delegation was welcomed on board by Captain Klaas Knol, who shared insights into daily operations and life on board the vessel. Discussions during the visit focused on developments in the global heavy transport market, seafarers’ safety worldwide, broader international trends, and Singapore’s role as an important business hub for Roll Group.
The visit concluded with a guided tour of Bigroll Bering, allowing the delegation to observe the vessel’s capabilities as well as its ongoing maintenance activities.
