Bertling Logistics has announced the rebranding of its Australian subsidiaries under a newly formed, wholly owned entity: Bertling Logistics Australia Pty. Ltd. Operating from offices in Perth and Brisbane, the company will now manage all current and future business in Australia through this unified structure.
Effective immediately, the change marks a strategic step in strengthening Bertling’s presence in the country and supporting continued growth across key industries. The company also thanked its partner, SJ Clemenger International Freight Pty Ltd, for its support over the past two years.
Bertling stated that full ownership will allow stronger control over service levels, operational standards and delivery commitments, while also streamlining decision-making and enabling further investment in Australia.
The company confirmed that the transition will have no impact on existing operations or ongoing projects. Antonio Martin will continue in his role as General Manager of Bertling Logistics Australia, and service offerings for clients in the energy, mining and construction sectors will remain unchanged.
