DENZAI E&C Corp. (DENZAI) and Global Wind Service (GWS) have announced a strategic partnership aimed at strengthening support for the rapidly expanding Japanese wind energy sector. The collaboration brings together DENZAI’s expertise in heavy transport, crane operations, and large-scale infrastructure projects with GWS’s globally experienced wind turbine installation and maintenance technicians.
The partnership is designed to deliver integrated, efficient, and reliable solutions for offshore wind turbine installation and maintenance in Japan. By combining their complementary strengths, DENZAI and GWS will offer clients a comprehensive service package from a single, trusted supplier, streamlining project execution while enhancing safety, quality, and productivity.
Kohki Uemura, President & CEO of DENZAI E&C Corp., highlighted the strategic importance of the agreement, noting that the collaboration unites GWS’s global offshore wind experience with DENZAI’s proven technical and project execution capabilities developed in Japan and overseas. He emphasized that the partnership will contribute to the sustainable development of Japan’s offshore wind market.
Michael Høj Olsen, CEO of Global Wind Service, said the partnership represents a significant step in GWS’s commitment to the Japanese market. By combining DENZAI’s logistical and lifting capabilities with GWS’s technical know-how, the companies aim to deliver real value while supporting Japan’s transition to renewable energy.
