AD Ports Group has been officially recognised by Guinness World Records for deploying the most AI agents in a logistics facility, marking a major milestone in the digital transformation of global supply chains.

The record was certified on 11 November 2025 after the Group implemented 205 AI agents across its international operations. The certificate was presented to H.E. Mohamed Hassan Al Suwaidi, Chairman, and Captain Mohamed Juma Al Shamisi, Managing Director and Group CEO.

The achievement highlights the Group’s leadership in applying advanced AI to optimise mission-critical logistics. The autonomous agents support a wide range of functions—from cargo handling to warehouse automation—driving substantial efficiency gains. Among the key innovations are a Vessel Speed Optimiser that reduced fuel consumption by 3%, a Container Balancer that increased utilisation by 90%, and an Intelligent Workforce Scheduler that cut HR processing times by more than 90%.

Industry momentum continues to build, with a PwC survey noting that 79% of companies using AI agents have scaled adoption and 66% report measurable productivity gains.

H.E. Al Suwaidi said the recognition reflects the UAE’s commitment to pioneering intelligent technologies that enhance national economic resilience. Captain Al Shamisi added that integrating AI across operations is central to the Group’s mission to enable smarter, safer, and more efficient global trade.

Group CIO Mohamed Jamal-Eddine emphasised that AI agents act as “digital co-workers,” embedded directly into workflows and designed to deliver tangible operational value as the Group accelerates its transformation roadmap.
