Mammoet has introduced a new business unit, Industrial Solutions, expanding its portfolio to provide comprehensive installation services for large and complex industrial projects across Europe. The launch responds to increasing demand for installation support in high-tech, energy, process, and heavy industry sectors, strengthening Mammoet’s long-term strategy and commitment to full-scope project delivery.
The division will be managed from Germany, where Mammoet has already delivered numerous installation-focused projects. Leveraging decades of experience in moving and installing heavy equipment and complex systems, the new offering aims to support the evolving needs of industries shaping the European manufacturing and energy landscape.
A key benefit of Industrial Solutions is its single-source approach. The service combines engineering expertise, installation teams, specialized equipment for lifting and transport, and third-party coordination. This integrated model reduces project interfaces, streamlines planning, and enhances efficiency and safety throughout execution.
According to Jens Krawczynski, Managing Director of Mammoet in Germany, clients increasingly look for partners that can handle full installation scope, from engineering and pre-installation to positioning, surveying, documentation, lifting, and transport. Industrial Solutions is designed to meet this demand while simplifying project management and mitigating risks associated with multiple contractors.
The new unit will support rapidly expanding sectors such as semiconductor manufacturing and data centers, which require cleanroom installations and precise handling of sensitive equipment. It will also serve the energy transition, including hydrogen, ammonia, and sustainable fuel facilities, alongside established markets such as petrochemical, nuclear, and power industries.
Additionally, the division will provide specialized installation services for pharmaceutical, food and beverage, paper, and packaging industries. By expanding its expertise across Europe, Mammoet aims to enhance efficiency and reliability in industrial construction and modernization projects, positioning itself as a key partner in Europe’s industrial growth and transition.
