Eiffage, through its subsidiary Eiffage Énergie Systèmes, has reinforced its expansion strategy in Europe by acquiring three energy services companies in Spain: CVS, M3i Controls and Inmotechnia. The deals, completed over the summer, extend the Group’s national coverage and deepen its expertise across multiple segments of the energy services market.

CVS, founded in 2020, specialises in refrigeration solutions for industry and the commercial sector, as well as fire detection and protection systems. With more than 300 employees and 11 sites across Spain, the company offers end-to-end services, from engineering and design to installation and maintenance. In 2024, CVS reported €60 million in revenue.

In addition, Eiffage Énergie Systèmes has strengthened its position in building control and centralised management systems with the acquisitions of M3i Controls and Inmotechnia. Catalonia-based M3i Controls, employing 26 staff, focuses on automation and control systems for commercial buildings and generated €3 million in 2024. Inmotechnia, with 64 employees and nationwide operations, specialises in smart Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS) and posted €10 million in revenue in 2024.

Spain remains a strategic market for Eiffage Énergie Systèmes. In 2024, the Group employed over 5,000 people in the country, delivering revenue of €1.1 billion. These latest acquisitions mark a significant step in consolidating its footprint and service offering in the Iberian Peninsula.
