Singapore-based lifting and logistics specialist Peck Tiong Choon has added a new Liebherr LTM 1120-4.1 mobile crane to its fleet, reinforcing its capabilities for major infrastructure projects and modernising its 100-tonne class.

The new 4-axle crane, with a lifting capacity of 120 tonnes and a 66-metre telescopic boom, is now the most powerful model of its kind in the company’s fleet. “As we support major infrastructure projects like MRT and airport expansions, the LTM 1120-4.1 gives us the performance and reach we need,” said Teow Seng Pay, Managing Director of Peck Tiong Choon Transport and Logistics.

The investment aligns with the company’s broader fleet strategy, which includes twelve mobile cranes from the LTM 1070-4.2 to LTM 1750-9.1, and four LTR 1100 crawler cranes. Compact dimensions, Liebherr’s VarioBase technology for flexible outrigger positioning, and reliable performance across frequent job site changes made the LTM 1120-4.1 a clear choice.

The decision also builds on a trusted partnership with Liebherr that spans over two decades. “We purchased our first Liebherr crane in 2003. Beyond the machines themselves, the brand’s high resale value and strong service support remain key to our long-term confidence,” said Pay.
