The Agogo FPSO set sail from the Cosco Shipping Heavy Industry China shipyard on 3 March 2025, following the successful completion of integration, mechanical completion, and onshore commissioning. The vessel will undergo deepwater testing at the Lu Hua Shan Anchorage for about two weeks before heading to Angola.
This milestone comes nearly four months ahead of schedule, with onshore commissioning fully completed. The departure follows a grand naming and sail-away ceremony on 20 February 2025, attended by vessel Godmother Evelise Neto Azevedo and key stakeholders.
Anchorage activities are expected to be completed soon, with the FPSO on track to reach Angola as planned.
