Hyster has announced an expanded range of high-capacity electric forklifts, offering configurability to meet heavy-duty applications while providing a zero-emission alternative to internal combustion engine (ICE) power. The Hyster J10-18XD series, powered by an integrated lithium-ion battery, delivers the rugged reliability and performance required in demanding environments.

Designed for efficiency and versatility, the J10-18XD series features multiple battery size options to align with duty cycle and charging needs, supporting configurations up to 280kW. The 350-volt architecture ensures long run times and ICE-like performance while reducing energy loss and system complexity. Load capacities range from 10,000 to 18,000kg, with 600-900-1200mm load centers.

Standard across all Hyster electric big trucks, the Combined Charging System (CCS) enables scalable, cost-effective charging. At 90 kW, 11 minutes of charging can provide one hour of operation. An onboard Battery Management System (BMS) enhances performance by monitoring battery health, managing overheating, and preventing overcharging.
