On February 16, 2025, the Zhen Hua 24 arrived at the Port of Le Havre, delivering three new mega-cranes for TiL MSC’s container terminals. Departing from Shanghai in mid-December 2024, this shipment marks a significant step in enhancing the port’s infrastructure.
These major investments by TiL MSC will benefit two key container terminals: Terminaux de Normandie MSC (TNMSC)and Terminal Porte Océane (TPO).

Like the two cranes previously delivered, the three newly arrived gantry cranes feature a 27-row reach and a height of 59 meters under the spreader. Designed to handle the world’s largest container ships, with capacities of up to 24,000 TEU, they will significantly boost the port’s handling capabilities.
With this latest delivery, five of the nine cranes ordered by TiL MSC have now been received.
To facilitate their arrival, the Port 2000 access channel was secured, and the unloading operation was carried out through close collaboration between various port stakeholders, including harbor pilots, tug operators, mooring crews, and terminal staff.
