Rokbak has appointed Machinery Exchange, a subsidiary of Industrial Exchange Group (IEG), as its new dealer for Zimbabwe. The company will provide full sales and service support for Rokbak trucks, driven by the growing demand in the country’s mining and infrastructure sectors.
Machinery Exchange, founded in 1954 and based in Harare, will now offer Rokbak’s popular RA30 and RA40 trucks. With branches in Bulawayo and Hwange, they are set to play a key role in Zimbabwe’s expanding construction and mining industries.
“Partnering with Rokbak allows us to meet the rising demands in these sectors,” said Irene Khumalo, IEG’s Head of Marketing and PR.
Zimbabwe’s mining sector, valued at over $9 billion, and its $3-4 billion construction market are seeing substantial investment, with projects like dam construction and road rehabilitation. Rokbak trucks are expected to play a crucial role in this growth, supported by Machinery Exchange’s extensive service network.
