Max Wild GmbH, located in Berkheim, Germany, has recently incorporated a new Develon DL420CVT-7 wheel loader into its operations. The decision stemmed from positive feedback received during testing, where drivers expressed satisfaction with the machine’s performance.
Roland Wild, Managing Director of Max Wild GmbH, opted for the DL420CVT-7 based on previous positive experiences with Develon equipment. After a successful trial period, during which the machine demonstrated impressive performance and fuel efficiency, Max Wild GmbH decided to integrate it into their fleet permanently.
The wheel loader, now painted in the company’s signature green, is primarily utilized in the gravel pit for tasks such as truck loading, quarrying, and feeding the screening plant. Its exceptional fuel efficiency, averaging 12.4 liters per hour, is attributed to its innovative CVT transmission, which combines the advantages of mechanical and hydrostatic systems.
Marc Glesius, Sales Manager GSA at Develon, highlights the benefits of the CVT transmission, including improved traction and significant fuel savings of up to 30 percent compared to conventional transmissions.
Roland Wild emphasizes the machine’s versatility and suitability for the company’s operations, praising its optimal performance in various tasks within the gravel pit.
