UK-based lifting and spreader beam specialist, Multisec, has introduced its latest innovation: the 1600 Tonne Monopile Beam. This unveiling marks a significant milestone in the company’s ongoing commitment to pioneering advancements and delivering top-notch heavy lifting solutions.
The newly revealed monopile beam boasts a lifting capacity, with centers spanning an extraordinary 32 meters and a working load limit of 1600 tonnes. This feat was accomplished in less than two months, underscoring Multisec’s agility and proficiency in meeting demanding project timelines.
Comprising two 2-meter end units equipped with drop links, along with a combination of three 8-meter struts and one 4-meter strut, the beam weighs approximately 31,463 kg.
