Trelleborg Wheel Systems has launched a new B2B online portal called “My TWS Hub” aimed at offering a new and improved dealer experience. The portal is designed to help dealers manage their tire stocks and streamline deliveries to customers in the Agriculture, Material Handling, and Construction industries worldwide.
With My TWS Hub, dealers can easily search and select tires by brand, segment or keyword, and expand their knowledge base on the company’s products and services through e-learning and news sections. Additionally, dealers can monitor their inventory, delivery times, and track orders using the new portal, while customers worldwide can access e-learning and online technical support in 13 different languages.
The portal also provides a direct communication channel with local customer service representatives, making it easier for dealers to offer personalized service and advanced technical support to their customers globally.
