Tiger Lifting has partnered with RiConnect to fully integrate its Compliance Management System, marking a major step toward digitalisation in equipment management. Known for manufacturing manual and pneumatic hoists, clamps, and winches, Tiger will now equip its entire product range with RFID chips compatible with RiConnect’s system.

RiConnect, a pioneer in simplifying compliance and traceability through RFID technology, enables companies to streamline safety checks, incident reporting, and regulatory compliance via a paperless, digital platform. Its solutions include Digital Product Passports (DPPs), which align with the EU’s upcoming Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation (ESPR).

We are one of the first global manufacturers to use the RiConnect platform,” said Hugh Todd, Sales Manager at Tiger Lifting. “The decision was driven by growing customer demand for digital functionality and a need to stay ahead of regulatory changes.”

With manufacturing in Taiwan and operations across the UK, North America, Singapore, and China, Tiger Lifting sees this partnership as essential to offering value and safety across its global supply chain.

RiConnect’s CTSN (Compliance, Traceability, Status, Net Zero) model resonates with Tiger’s core values of reliability and sustainability. “Our customers can now access complete product histories, real-time data, and progress toward Net Zero goals,” added Todd. “This is about more than technology—it’s about ensuring product compliance and protecting end users.”
