KENC Engineering B.V. has been awarded a contract by an undisclosed client to design and construct a Hammer Quick Lifting Frame for use in two offshore wind farm projects in the US.
The frame will feature a Balltec quick connect receptacle and a 750mT piling hammer, and the design must accommodate easy installation and inspection. KENC’s experience in previous similar projects led to the award of this contract. The HQLF will be delivered in Q1 2023 and deployed in summer 2023.
