The MIPIM Awards, an internationally renowned real estate competition rewarding projects completed or under construction around the world, revealed their winners at the 31st edition of MIPIM.
Among a wide range of international entries, winners hail from across Europe, Turkey and China. Among the notable winners, the House of Music in Budapest, Hungary, received the special jury prize and the Arboretum in Nanterre, France, won the prize for the best project in the Futura category. France wins 2 MIPIM Awards tied with Italy. The second awarded French project is CAP 3000 in Saint-Laurent-du-Var in the best shopping center category.
The president of the MIPIM Awards jury, François Trausch, Chairman of the Management Board, Chairman of the Executive Committee of Allianz Immobilier said: “The projects selected for the MIPIM Awards 2022 are largely related to the theme of this year’s MIPIM which is ” driving urban change”, not only by being more sustainable, but also by being more accessible and easy to live with. What impressed the jury the most was the diversity and creativity of the projects submitted, a characteristic of our cities and an important factor for buildings that are developed today for the communities of tomorrow.”
