The Kuwait-based equipment rental and logistics service provider Jassim Transport & Stevedoring Co. K.S.C.C. (JTC) has just acquired a new Demag CC 3800-1. This lattice boom crawler crane has a load capacity of 650t for a boom length of 144m.
“The CC 3800-1 enhances JTC’s lifting capabilities over our Demag CC 2200, and this will put us in a position to meet the needs of our customers in the oil and gas industries even better in the future. The CC 3800-1 was put to work immediately after delivery and passed its first test with flying colors involved in successful lift operation of a heat exchanger as part of a large-scale oil and gas project,” says Adel Kohari, Chief Executive Officer of JTC.
The crane was handed over by Terex Cranes Senior Sales Manager Joerg Mueller.
